What is WoW?
World of Warcraft or WoW as it known, is a “Massively Multi player On-line Role-Playing Game” or MMORPG. This means thousands (sometimes tens of thousands) of players, from all around the World exist in the same on-line game world at the same time. They abandon the real world to undertake heroic quests in a land of fantastic adventures..
In the game there are two opposing factions at war with each other: the Alliance and the Horde. When you have decided which side to play there are nine classes of character to choose from: Druid, Hunter, Mage, Paladin, Priest, Rogue, Shaman, Warlock and Warrior. Each class has its own unique set of talents and abilities. You can, depending on the class of character that you have, choose to build your character’s talent trees for damage-per-second (DPS), tanking, healing or a combination of these.
There are 10 races to play: Dwarves, Gnomes, Humans, Night Elves, Draenei, Orcs, Tauren, Trolls, Undead and Blood Elves and many professions your character can play: Engineering, Mining, Skinning, Tailoring, First Aid Fishing, Herbalism, Leather working, Jewel crafting, Inscription, Alchemy, Blacksmithing, Cooking and Enchanting. (Note: Within the Rogue class there are two unique secondary professions: Lock Picking and Poisons).
There are thousands of quests to undertake with multiple kinds of transportation. In addition, there are four types of Realms which will be the very first decision you will have to make before playing World of Warcraft. The aim of the game is money and reputation which will enhance your power and skill. A good place to start is to find a decent WoW Levelling Guide to help you through this mystical world.
Within the game itself there are two “modes” of character:
- Player Characters (which are controlled by real people)
- Non-Player Characters (which are controlled by the games’ software)
So you can find yourself playing a “real” person as well as the games created opponent.
Your character can earn copper, silver or gold to fund your adventures. In addition you will need to work on the different skills for your character.
There are many guides on the market and all do pretty much what they say they do but some have the additional feature of forums and members areas to help you level your character from 1-70. Many also have detailed gold guides and the latest up to date information on, for example, Wrath of the Lich King which takes you up to level 80! However, with that said, players are more than free to progress at their own pace and pit their skills against multiple on-line opponents. But if you would like a World of Warcraft Leveling Guide or more information on where to find WoW resource’s just click the link.
WOW is Blizzard Entertainment’s 4th game in the Warcraft series and is now played by over 10 million people world wide! It starts 4 years after the setting of Warcraft III in the world of Azeroth.
The Horde and Alliance are waring factions locked in a battle for control of the land – and neither side is backing down. Alliance and Horde players can battle each other, but they cannot interact, trade or even talk to each other. So if you have friends you would like to play with, make sure you belong to the same factions!
A good place to start your World of Warcraft quest is to get a World of Warcraft Levelling Guide. Follow the link to read up on the best World of Warcraft strategy guides available.
World of Warcraft (WoW) is one of the most popular games ever. With millions of players and heaven knows how much money involved, every possible niche related to the game must be filled. Or so you would think. In truth, there was one niche still open. But not anymore.
Before today, there was no practical way for players to get the very latest strategies from information about the different aspects of the game from real experts. With the arrival of Warcraft Formula, that niche is now very well filled.
The idea is so simple and sensible I’m surprised it’s taken this long for someone to do it. You pay a small upfront fee ($17) for full access to the complete library of Warcraft Formula guides. These go back to the release of Wrath of the Lich King. After that, each month you get the newest guide in the series for an additional $17. Each monthly guide is filled with useful stuff like PvP strategies, recent news about the game, class strategies, the latest gold making options, action plans, and information that is as up to date as it comes, written as often as necessary to keep you up to speed.
When you sign up, you also get the Action Plan. This is a detailed guide that shows even beginners how they can build their account from nothing all the way up to being as effective as the pros out there. What Warcraft Formula does is nothing short of impressive. By creating this unique service, the guys behind the product have made it conceivable for players of all skill levels to start out with nothing and relatively quickly work their way up through the ranks of gamers. With fresh strategies and information every month, players who get in on this product will have a leg (or two) up on all their competitors.
Let’s make one thing perfectly clear. The Warcraft Formula isn’t a single-topic guide. That is, you don’t get a leveling guide or a gold guide or PvP guide alone. You get information on each of those subject, plus a whole lot more. Even better, because you’re getting monthly updates (in the form of an approximately 30-page ebook) you’re getting strategies and advice that no one else will be seeing. This eliminates one of the biggest problems with traditional, single-topic guides which is that they quickly get out of date and are mostly nerfed by the time you get your hands on them.
But any guide is only as good as the people who make it. Well there are no worries on that front. This guide is written by Brad Johnson and T Dub Sanders. Johnson is the guy behind Warcraft Millionaire. Sanders is the guy behind the PvP Bible. In case you don’t recognize their names, these guys are big in WoW guides. Because they are top PvP and gold making experts, these guys are a authoritative source for the best news and information about the game.
If you want to be part of the next hot new thing in Warcraft guides, you’ve come to the right place. This is the product you want. Don’t delay and take a chance on missing out on Warcraft Formula. Leave your opponents in the dust. check it out!
When people start talking about PvP combat, it soon becomes clear that there are various settings where it can happen. This short guide to the settings will make it easier for you to find PvP combat when you want it, as well as understand what others mean when they talk about battlegrounds or World PvP or whatever. Keep reading for a super-fast introduction to each setting:
Duels
Duels are voluntary one-on-one battles between players. You can duel pretty much anywhere you want, except within cities. You’ll often find players who are looking for a duel hanging around outside the entrances to major cities looking for someone to challenge.
Battlegrounds
Horde and Alliance go at it in the battlegrounds, competing to win battles and earn marks. Marks serve as a sort of money that you can trade for various items, including better PvP gear. You can only use marks at the special PvP vendor shops.
The Arenas
Arena combat is an organized, ongoing tournament. Teams (2v2, 3v3, 5v5) battle against other teams of the opposing faction as well as against teams of their own faction. You become a member of a team to fight in the arena and earn Arena Points as a team.
Random Combat
Any time you encounter a player from the other faction who has their PvP flag on, you can do battle with them. In PvP realms, that flag is always set, except in a few protected areas, you’re always open to attack. You can manually turn your PvP flag on and off by typing /pvp. Regardless of what you do, various situations and locations will turn your PvP flag on automatically, even if you aren’t playing in a PvP realm.
World PvP
Some zones have goals that involve PvP. To complete these you’ll need to be ready to fight. Zones with these kinds of goals include, the Eastern Plaguelands, Silithus, Hellfire Peninsula, Zangarmarsh, Terokkar Forest, and Nagrand.
The PvP Zones
Wintergrasp is the first of a new type of zone that is totally dedicated to PvP combat. This zone seems to be real popular, so expect more like it in the future.
What Next?
You should now have a basic understanding of the different settings where you can find PvP combat. But there’s so much more to learn if you really want to dominate PvP combat, or even hold your own against more experienced players. To get the complete story on PvP, including the most current strategies & tactics that will show you how to dominate all aspects of PvP, visit PvP-Bible.info
In World of Warcraft you can find two kinds of players: the elite, and all the rest. If you’ve been playing for a while, you know that’s exactly how it is. There are those people who seem to eat, drink, and breathe the game. They roll through each expansion as soon as it comes online. They mangle anything that gets in their path. They dominate whatever arena they’re in. Then there’s everyone else. We’re casual gamers who want to play and try to be successful without investing hundreds of hours in the game. What we need is accurate, timely guides that can show us how to gain some ground on the elite players without making the same kind of time commitment.
The Warcraft Formula will always be the newest guide because it isn’t a single guide. It’s a series of guides. There’s a new guide created and delivered to you every month. The idea behind this is simple, yet really makes loads of sense. You pay an upfront fee to get their Fast Track Action Plan, along with all the currently available guides. The Fast Track Action Plan includes everything from an outline of how to build out your character, choose your UI, the right class and professions to go for, to detailed advice on how to get into the best guilds, get your feet wet in PvP without getting humiliated, and get invited on raids. Then each month the Warcraft Formula team will create and send you a new guide stuffed with the latest info.
I reviewed the first guides. Each guide has plenty of high-quality content. Each guide was about 30 pages long and included three features, top news from the month, the answers to questions submitted by readers, a suggested action plan for the month and a preview of the next month. Each of the feature articles went into some depth on important topics, from building up a effective strategy for your Death Knight to the art of putting together a 10-player raiding group. They don’t lay out every minute detail for you (what fun would that be?), they still give you plenty of useful information and you still get a lot more than you find in the general strategies of the existing guides on the market. And of course you get tons of extras, like the Fast Action Plan you get when you sign up.
To wrap up this review, let me say that this is a great idea that fills a real need that many of us gamers have: continually updated game info from real experts. You get a new ebook every month for a affordable monthly fee, . Grab this fast to pull yourself ahead of the competition and move toward the ranks of the Warcraft elite. Click here to make your move.
