Life only lasts a certain time so we would be wise to make the best use of what we are given. You may feel time goes slowly but an hour gone by won’t be seen again and your daily limit is just 24. We all are equal in the face of time and we have just 365 days each year to use the best way we can. None of us knows how many years we have left but it would be a shame not to enjoy these best and only years of our lives.

There is a limit to how much time you are alloted in your life. Your lifetime will reach an end and you can never get more time once you are dead. The one constant thing in our lives is that time continues whatever we do. You can only ever achieve what is possible in the time you have.

Ask yourself if you are getting the best value you can out of this limited number of minutes and years you have. The phrase time management is a term we associate with business efficiancy but we can all learn time management skills and use the techniques in our daily lives to achieve more or what we want from life.

We all heave dreams and ambitions of what we would like to achieve. Spend more of your time enjoying life with your family or more time travelling the world. Your hopes and plans will be different to mine but if you can free up more of your time you can do more of what you want to do.

To get more out of your time you need to think about where your time goes. You could keep notes for every minute of the day but simply getting an idea where all the time has been used helps us focus and plan better for tomorrow.

If you were looking back on what you did this week from some point in your future life. How many of us will see that we have wasted many hours watching TV that really was a waste of time? You could have spent the time with your partner enjoying a night out or playing with your kids?

Very few people could honestly say they don’t waste some time each day. To avoid boredom we try to find things that will use up some time. You could do something more worthwhile than that. You get no choice in the matter and those hours and minutes have disappeared forever. Spend a few moments every day thinking about your personal time management and decide if what you are doing is what you really want to do. With careful planning you will fit more activities into each day.

The answer is Productivity. Many highly successful women are often asked what their secret to success is. And more often than not, they have the same response, and that is Productivity. However, although this is almost an expected response, many are still surprised at how Productivity really works.

Time Management is simply the proper allocation of time for certain priorities. First, the tasks have to be arranged in a certain way where it is clustered into sectors and listed according to urgency and importance. For example, the important parts of your life are friends, you parents, your home, your art, and your family. You have to know which one to drop first whenever you need to do something.

After that, you will need help from some Productivity Gear designed to aid you in the correct process of prioritization AND remembering that order.

Goal Setting Tools & Time Management Techniques

There are a lot of women who need lots of reminder when it comes to taking care of medium sized businesses. Often, they are too home based that they are disregarded as unimportant. If you are one of them, buy some quick-and-easy Reminders. What’s good about technology is you can probably put a reminder just about everywhere! Mobile phones nowadays have built-in organizing device of your choices, post-its are available in different sorts, and even the good old fridge door magnets have come in a lot of forms.

What is important is that the frequency of the reminding is now being increased. This is good for Time Management & Goal Setting because it keeps you aware of the things which you have to do especially if they’re urgent.

The organzing device of your choice + Watch Tandem

These are staples for just about every busybody from the college beadle to the corporate leader. The organizing device of your choice is something that holds your appointments and it’s also a tiny little space for some writing. People who are busy all the time usually have contact numbers of random people they meet, gifts for a not-so-relevant birthday party that he has to go to or some sudden brilliant ideas that come to mind. For these and more, you will need an organziing device of your choice. It has to be a little notebook, just enough to fit in a handbag, and should be made of durable material. You must bring your organizer with you every day, in case you need to list something down as a reminder.

Moreover, the perfect complement to an organizing device of your choice is a high-quality watch. You may have experienced running late for an appointment just because your watch didn’t work well.  What’s worse is that the person you’re meeting wouldn’t even believe you. This blunder can easily be avoided. Just get a quality watch that does not even have to be that expensive. Having a good sense of time is practically the first step in Productivity.

The Perfect mindset

It’s pressuring to know that you have a lot of things in your hand and it seems like you can’t even do anything about it. Don’t tip over.

Moreover, keep a be on your toes kind of mindset as you maneuver your way into your busy life. Sure, there are times when you distance yourself from your organizing device of your choice. It is a painful reminder of the busy life they lead for some. It’s perfectly alright to feel some sence of urgency but take some time off once in a while. You must never neglect yourself in your list of tasks.

More on how to get more done

Be Proactive

Dreams, without actions, will never generate the kind of success you’re looking for.

Action is the precursor to success.

Becoming a success and realizing your dreams requires hard work – and action. Don’t let fear of failure keep you from taking action. Realizing one’s dreams is an individual responsibility.

Thomas Edison is remembered as a great inventor, but before he succeeded, he invented a lot of things that failed. Abraham Lincoln is remembered as a great President, but before he became President, he failed in business multiple times. Before Babe Ruth set the record for home runs, he struck out many times.

Just like Babe Ruth, we first must step up to the plate if we hope to hit that home run, or even get a base hit.

I’m sure Babe Ruth got free “walks” many times – but that was because he was such a great hitter that the pitchers were afraid to let him bat. In order to become successful, we’re going to have to do the legwork required to get there.

Don’t Procrastinate!

How many times have you heard someone say, “Don’t push me, I’ll do it later”, when all they ever do is sit on the couch, snooze, or play golf (the “Round Tu-It” trap).

But taking any action to realize their goals?

Oh, no, “I’ll get around to it.

Don’t waste your life sitting on the couch.

Your dreams are important to you, but the only way to realize them and realize success in life that you both want and deserve is to get up off the couch and take some action.

What could you do today to increase the chances that you’ll realize your dreams?

Relaxing Zen Music

Taking too much of anything is bad for the health. A little bit of stress is actually good for us, as it could serve to help you function at your best. However, stress that seems a little too much could take a physical, as well as mental, toll to your body. Try to manage your stress in order for depression or anxiety to be prevented.

You may be asking yourself how should I do this then? Follow these helpful tips and advice to help in managing and preventing stress.

Write it down, schedule it out, and above everything else, try to relax.

It is best to write down all the things that seems to be beyond your reach. You will find an organized-to-do-list much easier to manage than having errands all crumpled up in your head. Writing down your ideas, and putting a specific schedule and time to do them, helps anyone manage activities one piece at a time. Crossing out an activity that has already been accomplished is very rewarding and could actually help you feel more at ease when busy accomplishing the other tasks at hand.

Focus,relax, and take it easy.

At least, try not to expend too much energy on activities that are currently not priorities. This is in order for your energy to be not easily expended on the tasks that are not that important, at least for now.

Delegate, delegate, delegate.

You need not do everything all at once, and you need not do all of your tasks on your own. Ask for guidance, get help, or pay for help.  If there is a nagging feeling of being overwhelmed coming up, hire someone to mow the lawn or get a sitter for your children. The feeling of being pressed to complete something on time will somehow be eliminated if tasks are delegated. It can take the burden off of unnecessary worry and anxiety. Moreover, it is easier checking up on how things are, than worrying yourself sick doing everything on your own, at the same time.

Give yourself some well deserved time off.

You deserve it. Acknowledging your accomplishments, no matter how big or small, is an effort that is necessary before getting on to the next tasks and activities. It reduces stress and could even put you in a better mood for doing the next task.

make sure to give yourself a break.

You need it to be more focused. A ten to fifteen minute break during your work is necessary. Go visit a coffee shop nearby, take a quick walk, or do anything to get your mind off work, at least for a while. This is necessary to refresh and recharge. Believe it or not, you can also take some time at work and sit with your eyes closed as you visualize a peaceful landscape or a relaxing scene. Hum your favorite relaxing tune if you like.Your mind and your muscles will love you for these stress free moments.

Relax and be cool. Doing so makes you healthier, happier, and a lot more productive.

Success depends on action, not procrastination. Dreams are great springboards to success, but only if they lead to action.

Becoming a success and accomplishing your dreams requires hard work – and action. Don’t let what others might say keep you from starting. You are the person primarily responsible for realizing your dreams.

We remember Thomas Edison as a great inventor, but before he succeeded, he invented a lot of “failures.”. Abraham Lincoln is remembered as a great President, but before that, he failed many times in his life. Before Babe Ruth set the record for home runs, he struck out many times.

Just like Babe Ruth, we first must step up to the plate if we hope to hit that home run, or even get a base hit.

Pitchers were afraid to let the Babe bat, so they walked him many times – but we’re probably not nearly as talented and our competition is not afraid of us. If we want to realize our dreams, we’re going to have to take the initiative and do the work that is necessary.

How many times have you heard someone say, “Don’t rush me, I’ll get around to it” (i.e., when all they ever do is snooze, watch TV or go play golf (the “Round Tu-It” problem).

Taking action to realize their goals? Oh, no, “I’ll get around to it.” Don’t be one of those couch potatoes. Your dreams are important to you, but the only way to realize them and achieve success in life that you both want and deserve is to get up off the couch and take some action.

Timothy Ferriss, author of the 4 Hour Work Week, is a self described “serial entrepreneur and ultravagabond” who lives a lifestyle that most of us could only dream about — until now. This interesting book has been number one on three different best seller lists: Wall Stree Journal, NY Times and BusinessWeek.

Ferriss presents a step-by-step guide to his free-wheeling lifestyle, allowing us to follow in his footsteps and realize lifelong dreams. Albert Pope, derivatives specialist at UBS World Headquarters, has called him “Indiana Jones for the digital age”.

His basic premise is that we need to replace many, if not most, of our current assumptions and apply what he calls the Rules of the New Rich.

Online Businesses need to replace limiting assumptions and learn to enjoy life now. We ought to replace limiting assumptions that waste our time and force us to live in a particular location.

Value your time and your mobility as you learn to join the ranks of the New Rich (NR). The art and science underlying the Ferris 4 Hour Workweek is called Lifestyle Design (LD).”

His model provides us with a roadmap for realizing our own lifelong dreams. He shows us how to:

  • Live like a millionaire
  • Free time and automate income
  • Outsource your life to overseas virtual assistants for $5/hour
  • Travel the world without quitting your job
  • Eliminate 50% of your work in 48 hours
  • Trade a long-haul career for short work bursts and mini-retirements

He uses the DEAL acronym to describe his model, where:

  • D = Definition
  • E = Elimination
  • A = Automation
  • L = Liberation

According to Ferris, the Rules of the New Rich include the following:

  • Retirement is Worst-Case Scenario Insurance
  • Interest and Energy are Cyclical
  • Less is Not Laziness
  • The Timing Is Never Right
  • Ask for Forgiveness, Not Permission
  • Emphasize Strengths, Don’t Fix Weaknesses
  • Things in Excess Become the Opposite
  • Money Alone is Not the Solution
  • Relative Income is More Important than Absolute Income
  • Distress is Bad, Eustress is Good

He encourages us to use “Dreamlining” to design our own luxurious lifestyles. Join the New Rich (NR) by focusing your current efforts on elimination, simplification and outsourcing.

Another key component of the lifestyle design process is automation; i.e.creating systems and processes that eliminate ourselves as bottlenecks. But never automate anything that can be eliminated, and never delegate anything that can be automated or simplified.

Use this book as a roadmap taking you on a journey to opportunities that others will never see. Along the way, you’ll come to realize that having choices.e.Power in life comes from personal choice.

He shows us that we can realize our lifelong dreams much easier and cheaper than we had previously thought; however, the necessary ingredients are courage and self-confidence to take a leap of faith.

Personally, I love the idea of creating a 4-Hour Workweek for myself. I plan to implement many of his ideas into my own life and am presently automating my income using the Infinite Income Plan.

I highly recommend this book – as well as Ferris’ website and blog.

I’ll be recommending this top three Best Seller List book to everyone I know. Both the book, and the website, include extensive resource lists.

Going for an online trading course is sort of like going for one of those seminars or signing up for a degree program. The purpose of you attending it is to learn something and as one would expect from any course, you would expect that the course will give you the tools that you need to succeed in your foray in FX trading. While it may all sound like a good idea, you shouldn’t just jump in to the deep end of the pool and fork out a few hundred dollars without knowing a few things first. Here are 3 things to ask before signing up for an online trading course.

Firstly, you should ensure that you are 100% certain that this is something you really want to do. There is no half assing it when it comes to investing as you need full concentration and a dedication to watch the market and learn all about its mechanisms before you can start to make money. This sort of attention is not for those who aren’t sure; you need to spend hours looking at the market and knowing what to do. Before you sign up for an online trading course, you should be sure that online trading is what you’re really interested in doing as a trader and investor.

The most important thing you have to remember is that despite signing up for these courses, you will still need to do some self learning to some extent, before you sign up for a course. There is no point going in without any fundamental or background knowledge of the topics that are going to be taught. Being full of pre-knowledge means you will have questions prepared and the ability to pose different questions, meaning you get more out of the lesson than those who just turn up hoping for the best. After all, you would want the best value for the money spent on such courses, and to get the most out of your ‘investment’ on the courses, you should always make some effort to make it all worthwhile.

You should also have excellent time management and a willingness to learn when it comes to online trading. This is especially true for those who are doing this on the side, on top of their day jobs because if you don’t have the ability to manage time effectively, both your endeavour in Forex and your day job will most likely suffer. You shouldn’t be arrogant and think you know it all; the journey to making big money in the Forex market is always a journey of constant learning from your mistakes. Only after a while will you have truly mastered trading online – with all its market behaviours, and all the factors that affect it.

It all boils down to one thing – effort and a willingness to work hard because one course will not be the solution to success. It takes dedication and years of being in the market before you can effectively find your profit-making groove. But if you can have the patience to learn, then by all means sign up for an online trading course. You’ll be glad that you did.
