Panic, Anxiety – Fear?

Are you feeling scared under pressure?    Is there a lot of stress in your life?Does doing new things threaten you?   Do you feel panic and anxiety just walking out your door each morning?

Our family has lived through this until we found Panic Away

You can’t breathe, you worry constantly, you get dizzy and your stomach aches. All the muscles in your body react to anxiety and can lead to a panic anxiety attack.  You are always tired, but can’t sleep.

Concentration is a thing of the past and anxiety and panic cause you to feel tense and jumpy.Do you think the worst is going to happen just around the next corner.

Fear, the definition of fear is:

- A feeling of agitation and anxiety caused by the presence or imminence of danger.  There’s that word anxiety again.

-A state or condition marked by this feeling

-A reason for dread or apprehension

-To be uneasy or apprehensive

Anxiety attacks, known as panic attacks in health circles, are periods of intense panic or fear. One minute you are fine, the next minute you could have an anxiety attack completely without warning.

Anxiety attacks usually last about ten minutes, and they seldom last more than a half hour. But during that little bit of time, that can feel like eternity, the fear can be so intense that you feel as if you’re about to die or totally lose control. The physical symptoms are themselves so scary that you believe you are having a heart attack. After an anxiety attack is over, there is always the fear of when will I have the next one, particularly in a public place where help isn’t available or you can’t easily get away.
