Probably we have all snored at least once. Babies snore as well and it is most frequent in adult males. Babies might snore since they nasal passages are not large enough. Pregnant women snore especially as time goes by during their pregnancy. People that are inebriated with alcohol tend to snore. Eliminate smoking and you will have a better chance of a snoring solution. Eliminate alcohol, antihistamines sleeping pills. Dairy products and soy milk products can stop mucus from being drained. This can keep the mucus in your throat and can cause snoring.
Try the tips mentioned. Whether they help you stop snoring or not, having a better diet and exercising will generally keep you healthy and fit. If your snoring continues, you might want to see a medical doctor before this gets to be a more serious issue.

A CPAP machine, which is rather like an oxygen machine that you would see in hospital, can be useful in severe central sleep apnea cases. At any rate, this is not a condition to be ignored or dismissed but should be addressed!
