The first time home buyer tax credit is made available after the present Obama administration took a big leap in reviving the declining market of housing realty. This credit is part of the stimulus package approved by the federal government to resuscitate the ailing US economy. Some of the home buyers can have the $7,500 credit available for them if they are qualified in the mentioned qualifications.
So if you’re looking for a mobile home for sale you can take advantage of the credit the federal government offers to would be home buyers like you. But you need to be sure that you understand all the details of the credit prior to applying for it.
First time home buyer tax credit is available only if you buy a mobile home as your principal residence. To be eligible your mobile home should be the residence where you plan to live almost all of the time. This credit is also available to principal purchase of a condominium, town house, houseboat or a detached house as long as it is your principal residence. Accordingly, your mobile home must be in the US. Remember to keep in mind that it is ineligible if you purchase your mobile home from your father and/or mother or brother and/or sister.
Although mobile homes fall under the category of qualified homes for availing tax credit, there are other requirements you should take into consideration to avoid waste of your time and effort in applying the credit. These are the following qualifications recquired for your application:
1. The tax credit is only available to first-time homebuyers. The rules provide that anyone will be a first-time buyer if he or she has not owned a principal residence for three after buying a house. If you owned a vacation house that is not your principal residence, you can apply for the credit. Married couples must fit to the definition. But the rules on married couples are vague because the rules did not provide if the situation occurs where only one is qualified and the other is not.
2. You must have a $75000 modified gross income, or MAGI, entered in your Federal Tax Return if you list yourself as married head of a household or single. If you’re filing a joint tax return with your spouse, your MAGI should $150,000.
3. If you have more than $75,000 MAGI and if you’re single or married head of household, you may get a partial credit subject as long as it is below $95,000. The same applies for the second category, where your joint tax return indicates a MAGI of more than $150,000 but less than $170,000. MAGI beyond the marked limits will be not qualified for a tax credit.
4. You cannot apply for a first time home buyer credit if you bought your home before April 9 2008. 2009 home buyers are likely to have the tax credit.

First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit if You Buy a Mobile Home
The American president, Barack Obama has been quite criticized by his our press after he decided to give the Queen an iPod. The gift was given during a meeting held at Buckingham palace. The idea of giving the iPod was that of getting the Queen back some memories from her visit done in the USA a couple of years ago, but also to familiarize her with new policies and ideas of the USA, through the numerous speeches the American president included on the device.
Officials in the White house claim that Obama made another gift for the Queen, which consist in a rare audio book of Richard Rodgers. He received a gift from the Queen as well, but sadly it was nothing special, just a plain photo of her and Prince Philip, framed and signed, the usual gift she gives to all foreign presidents and officials that visit the palace.
Because the American president really tried hard to provide a special and priceless gift to the Queen, and he got in return just a simple photo, he must’ve felt pretty bad. Still, he remained happy-looking and no one suspected anything about the uncomfortable situation.
The American press claims this is the second inappropriate present Obama gives. A few weeks ago he gave to another Britain official, Gordon Brown, a set of 25 classic movies on DVD. Nice present, but too bad they were only fit for American video systems and don’t really work well on European players. Let’s only hope that Obama remembered to include an ipod mini battery , so that the Queen doesn’t have to go out and buy one herself if she wants to listen to anything on the device.
Obama was not the first person in the world to get the Queen an ipod. Sources say that she has one already, also received as a gift in an official meeting, full of classical tunes she like so much. Even if the situation at this official meeting was a bit odd and many newspapers commented on it, it looks like both the Queen and Obama were having a wonderful time.
It’s hard to believe that two months have passed since that exciting election night. Will he?, won’t he?” we all asked, and finally, on 4th November 2008 he did. You could say that 2008 was the year that everyone went a bit Obama crazy. After Bush’s policies in recent years, the elections symbolised a big change in America and the possible election of the first black american president.
Perhaps most importantly for the millions of Americans who voted for Obama in the elections are the key virtues that Obama represents; hope, optimism and security for the future, feelings that McCain just couldn’t stir up in the general public.
Obama’s views and opinions, optimism and sincere nature are just some of the qualities that have inspired artists around the globe to support Obama’s bid. Support from a variety of celebrities has come through in recent months, specifically in the media and through photos and works of art.
Jorge Rodriguez Gerada, a Cuban artist living in Barcelona supported Obama’s bid with his grandiose piece of art. In fact, it was so grandiose that it covered the forum beach in Barcelona close to many apartments in barcelona, and was a enormous depiction of the new President’s head (139×82), created by a small army of volunteers and contributors, made from plaster and sand in different colours and depicting the contours of the best known face of 2008.
A fitting title for this artwork, “Expectations” embodies the optimism and hope for the future of the American public. Regardless of his triumph or defeat, Obama showed the US through his speeches that there is hope after a government like Bush’s, this inspired the artist’s piece. The impression these elections have left on the viewing public and the scale of the media surrounding Obama is shown in the art. Not only this, but the artist chose this particular location for the artwork, (which was picked up by Google Earth satellites) because of the multifaceted nature of Barcelona, a multicultural capital that is full to the brim of Europeans, North Africans and North, South and Central Americans, who fill many apartments barcelona.
If Obama has the power to inspire this much before his inauguration, there will be more artwork dedicated to him in the future, when we see what changes he can bring as President.
