  • I make my lunch for work the day before because I have found if I make it in the morning I tend to just put a bunch of crap in it because I am in a hurry.When I make my lunch the day before I will stop and think about my lunch and make sure that it is healthy.
  • Walking to our favorite place to eat dinner.  We burn calories on our way there and get our heart rate up even before we eat.After dinner we walk home and burn even more calories.  I love this one
  • Standing at the doctor’s office I have knee problems so I am always at the doctor’s office but I burn an extra 30 calories just by standing.
  • DO NOT go to the grocery store hungry.Being hungry I usually buy more junk food.
