Vilantae acne treatment is unlike any other approach you’ve tried before. Instead of trying to clear acne on the skin’s surface like other methods, it works by stopping acne at it’s source.

And what’s the source of acne? It is the overproduction of oil inside of your body. Vilantae works by slowing down that overproduction of oil so that acne never forms in the first place. This is a far more effective approach than trying to clear the acne off the skin that is already there.

If you are in a similar situation to the one I was in then you’ve already tried all of the topical acne treatments. All of the useless creams. All of the pads. You’ve tried these methods before without success. You know why? Because topical acne treatments don’t work! Acne has nothing to do with the cleanliness of your skin. Someone can constantly clean their face and still have a bad acne problem while someone else can never bathe and have no acne issues at all!

I must reiterate my point to make it clear, topical acne treatments do not work! The problem of acne cannot be solved at the skin’s surface level, instead it must be solved by slowing down the overproduction of oil insidethe body that causes the problem in the first place.

Vilantae acne treatment can be ordered any hour of the day, any day of the year and because it is satisfaction guaranteed there is no risk in ordering it right now.

I can tell you from my own experience that Vilantae works wonders and you will also find on the official website many more testimonials which prove that it’s worked for many other people just like you.

The only thing that works better than Vilantae is Accutane and since that’s a prescription drug which is only prescribed to those with severe acne and because it has many negative side effects and it is very expensive it is definitely not the right choice for most people.

Acne Scar Removal

Acne Scars develop if acne becomes infected and the skin heals itself so that it remains healthy however leaves pigmented and / or indented marks on the skin, removing them is often both difficult and dear to treat.

There are lots of over the counter ‘cures’ for acne scars ranging from skin creams to micro needling. Creams or skin masks are the most commonly used for treating acne scarring which can (but not always) work but take time for the results to begin to show as a large percentage of creams don’t get absorbed by the skin. Creams are, therefore, wasted and so are not economical.

An alternative product that can be used to treat acne scars is the derma-roller. This is a device for micro-needling; you roll the skin roller over the effected area of skin to open the pores of your epidermis causing it to believe that it is injured triggering the production of collagen and elastin which eventually heals the damaged skin.

After using the derma roller the pores on the top layer of skin are enlarged for as long as making this the best time to use creams as they are significantly better absorbed when the pores are open as opposed to when the pores are closed. This reduces the waste in creams and boosts the effectiveness of the derma roller.

There are more extreme methods to reduce acne scars however these are all expensive and have to be carried out by professionals and then they’re not even guaranteed to work! These include; Micro dermabrasion, laser treatments, chemical peals and also skin needling can be done by a professional more vigorously using a longer needle size and numbing cream.

In my experience in treating acne scars I have found that the most result effective and cost effective treatment is derma rolling at home as it is relatively cheap and as it works by inducing the healing process is the most natural way to heal acne scars.

The link between acne and diet is strong. This distressing condition is very common. It is estimated that 79 to 95% of adolescents, 40 to 54% aged 25 and older. In middle age 3% of men and 12% of women have acne.

The true cause of acne is unknown. The distribution globally of acne raises the possibility that low carbohydrate intake is responsible for the lower incidence of acne in non-Western countries. The theory is that high carbohydrate intake causes raised Insulin level (Hyperinsulinemia). Insulinaemia affects growth factor and androgenic hormones. These hormones are implicated in acne.

A study conducted by Dr. Robin. N. Smith and colleagues used randomised control diet rich in carbohydrate and a low glycemic load diet. The low glycemic load diet had 45% energy from low glycemic Index carbohydrate and 25% from protein. Included in the study were 45 male aged 15 to 24 years. The study was carried out at the RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia. This randomised controlled trial was the first to examine what effects glycaemic load had on acne.  In the July issue of the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition the published results showed that there was significant reduction of acne in the low glycemic diet group as compared to the group on carbohydrate rich food. So for acne, low Glycemic food is the Good Health Option.

In a press release, Dr Smith and his colleagues said, “Although we could not isolate the effect of the low glycemic load diet from that of weight loss, the findings support the hypothesis of a relationship between high insulin levels and acne.”

Foods with low Glycemic Index are complex carbohydrate rich. Consequently, they release glucose very slowly into the blood steam. If sugar is released slowly into the blood, the Insulin demand is less. Insulin controls circulating blood sugar and affects growth and sex hormones.

Blood sugar level is monitored after food is eaten to assess the Glycemic Index of foods.

Low Glycemic Index (LGI): 55 and lower.

Medium Glycemic Index (MGI): 56 to 69.

High Glycemic Index (HGI): 70 +

Low Glycemic Index Food: Heavy Mixed Grain 45 Whole Wheat 49 Special K (UK) 54  Natural Muesli 40  Porridge 58  All-bran (UK) 30  Oat bran 50  Rolled Oats 51 Soya and Linseed 36  Wholegrain Pumpernickel 46  Tomatoes 15 Onions 10  Raw Carrots 16  Broccoli 10 Boiled Carrots 41 Frozen Green Peas 39 Frozen Sweet Corn 47   Cabbage 10  Mushrooms 10  Lettuce 10  Green Beans 15  Red Peppers 10   Chillies 10  Cauliflower 15

HGI (High Glycemic Index)  Foods. Pretzels 83 Rice Cakes 87 Glutinous Rice 86  Short Grain White Rice 83  Tapioca 70  Scones 92 Fresh Mashed Potatoes 73  French Fries 75  Donuts 76 Instant Mashed Potatoes 80  Watermelon 80 Dates 103 Instant White Rice 87

So to keep those zits away and maintain healthy skin, eat more cereals and beans and reject white bread, French fries and burgers.

For good health, low stress and clear skin maintain a low glycemic diet.

Before you visit a dermatologist, there are many things you can do for your acne. Remember that what works for someone else may not always work for you. Everyone’s skin is different in the first place and the cause of acne may not also be the same.

To start off, you can always use over the counter medications. If you have sensitive skin, try using a mild cleanser or soap. You may have to experiment with different cleansers in order to find one that does not irritate or exacerbate your acne.

Wash your face once of twice a day, but don’t scrub or rub your face excessively. Avoid touching your face as your hands may have a lot of bacteria. If you see that a certain food may be contributing to your acne, you should stop eating that food and see what happens.

When you use make-up, read the labels and make sure to purchase products labeled non-acnegenic, non-comedogenic, and hypoallergenic. These products are made so that they won’t irritate even the most sensitive skin. Avoid sharing make-up with others, and always use clean washcloths, towels, and make-up sponges or other instruments to avoid transferring germs to your face.

You are not alone, if you’re interested in creating acne skin treatment from kitchen ingredients. Many acne recipes have been in use for many years. These home remedies are useful for those who are suffering from mild acne, but remember everyone reacts differently to the same treatment. The following are three recipes that you can easily follow.

Baking soda scrub: It’s easy to make a baking soda scrub, plus many people have reported successful results. This scrub is made to exfoliate your skin. Exfoliation is key in treating acne; since it focuses on removing dead skin cells that can get trapped in your pores and then manifest themselves as acne. Mix a small amount of baking soda, about a teaspoon, with water to create a consistent paste. Rub the baking soda scrub onto your skin. Rinse clean with lukewarm water after leaving it on for one minute. With a clean towel, pat your face dry.

Apple cider vinegar is used in another home treatment. Apple cider vinegar has long been known for its health benefits, including in acne. Some claim that apple cider vinegar has the ability to rid your skin of bacteria, balance your skin’s pH level, and keep your face fresh and free of excessive oil. Apple cider vinegar is also high in citric acid, which is a strong exfoliating ingredient that can help remove excess dead skin cells and improve your skin’s overall texture and tone. Dilute the apple cider vinegar, one part vinegar to eight parts water, to help not dry out your face. If possible, use high quality apple cider vinegar and purified water. Wet a cotton ball with your apple cider vinegar mix and gently moisten your skin. Do not overdo it. Apple cider vinegar can dry out your skin because it is so strong, this can result in even more breakouts.

Egg whites, which are very rich in protein and vitamins, have also been a favorite healing ingredient. For a long time, egg whites have been used to tighten skin. Simply beat two egg whites together to a consistent froth. Put the mixture on your face and let it sit for about fifteen minutes. With lukewarm water, rinse the egg off.

Of course, it is always best to treat your acne while it is still mild. Make an appointment to visit a dermatologist, if your efforts in using over the counter medications do not work. Your dermatologist is likely to prescribe you with anti-acne oral or topical agents.

Acne Prone Skin is normally characterized by dark pimples, whiteheads, blackheads, redness, inflammation and painful irritation. Hair follicles can be blocked by excessive amounts of sebum oil. Sebum functions to assist hair follicles in the removal of dead cells from the skin

The days of pimples and whiteheads were over once you hit your early 20’s, right? Many adult males and females suffer from the effects of acne in their late 20’s and 30’s, even for those individuals that had escaped the scourge of acne in their teens.

When considering adult acne, there are 2 types – the more  prevalent form called Acne Vulgaris, and the more rare form known as Acne Rosacea.

Studies have shown that almost 80% of the US people with ages between 12 years old and 24 years old have suffered from some form of  Acne Vulgaris.  However, only about 5% of the population, or 13 million individuals, endured the embarrassment and red face of Acne Rosacea.

What Is Rosacea?

Acne Rosacea is a skin condition that is most commonly focused on the facial skin and eyes on occasion. This skin disease generally inflicts damage to individuals between 30 and 60. The disease has the following symptoms: a flushing of the cheeks, pimples, and in severe cases, growths on the nose .

In the beginning, a man or woman’s cheeks will show a blush or flush appearance very easily. However, as the skin disorder develops further, redness will become much more visible around the area of the nose, and then expand to include a greater area of the face. In the more serious cases of this skin disease might develop enlarged oil glands in the nose that can develop into an enlarged and bulbous red nose.  Observing pictures of rosacea can offer a great visual image of the symptoms of this skin disorder.

What Is The Best Rosacea Treatment?

The good news is that the skin disease called Acne Rosacea is not medically dangerous.  The downside is that this disorder is not curable at this time.  But, with a program using a natural rosacea treatment and lifestyle revisions, it can be controlled.   An individual is wise to treat rosacea with a reputable cream for rosacea to reduce the sensitivity of the skin and reduce symptoms.

Acne breakouts are, unfortunately, a situation that most of us have to deal with once in a while. However, there is a vast assortment of treatment options, including: bactericidal, natural acne treatments, and hormonal supplements. This article aims to explain the most popular and effective treatments to aid you in your search for an effective acne treatment remedy.

The most popular method of treating acne is the use of a topical bactericidal. These are widely available and contain a chemical known as benzoyl peroxide. Benzoyl peroxide is oxidizer-essentially mild bleach. It works as a keratolytic, dissolving the keratin that causes blocked skin pores. Also, this medicine helps prevent new breakouts from happening. Topical bactericidals are found in either an ointment form or as a wash. Ointments should be applied to the affected area twice daily. Don’t overuse either form, as this could cause dry and irritated skin.

If you’re one who wants to try a more natural or homemade acne treatment, you will be pleased to know that there are a variety of natural remedies that can aid in the treatment of acne. Some of the most popular include Tea Tree Oil and Witch Hazel. Tea tree oil is an anti-bacterial oil produced from the leaves of an Australian shrub called Melaleuca Alternifolia. Just put a bit on a cotton swab and dab at the affected areas. It will leave your skin tingling with a cool, fresh sensation. Witch hazel is a great natural astringent to use even if you have sensitive skin. It’s very soft and won’t strip your skin’s moisture. You can also try other natural oils, such as Bergamot and Lavender oils, which are also natural anti-bacterial drying agents. And for those of you who have oily skin, you can use rosewood oil to reduce the amount of sebum (natural oil) your skin produces.

For females, hormonal treatment for acne is also an option. Balancing hormone levels can reduce the frequency and intensity of outbreaks. Birth control pills often reduce acne due to the combination of controlled estrogen and progestogen. They are particularly effective when high levels of androgens are detected in the blood. Contraceptives, however, have many side effects. They should not be taken without the guidance of a physician to make sure the type of pill is a good match for you.

Out of all the acne treatments available, bactericidals are definitely the most widely used. However, the amount of people who are trying natural acne remedies is increasing all the time. Finding the right acne treatment product is really just a system of trial and error. Just hang in there and you’re sure to find a treatment that works for you!

Acne Free in 3 Days Book

There are lots of common points between an acne free diet and a detox or weight loss diet, particularly since they all involve the necessity to eat healthy, stay fit and drink plenty of liquids. The reason for the diet importance in the treatment of acne comes from the fact that toxins are eliminated through the skin pores. When there is too much waste, then the pores get clogged and the bacteria can proliferate in the environment. Acne is thus loose to breakout on your skin.

People with more sensitive skin should follow hygiene rules strictly in order to stay acne free. Specialists also claim that acne is also favored by some genetic factors, however these don’t have to get manifest at all times. Wash the face with warm water and neutral soap, rinse it very well without rubbing it dry. Choose all the skincare products well so that you don’t trigger pores congestion.

The internal chemical body is very important for the treatment and prevention of acne. This is the reason why people suffering from hormonal dysfunctions are more exposed to developing the condition. Furthermore, adolescents suffer from acne more frequently exactly because of the hormonal transformation they go through. People in adult ages often turn to doctors fortreatments that would balance hormones and keep skin acne free, and the proof in this sense is the skin cleaning effect of birth control pills.

How well do we know how to choose skincare products? Product ingredients should be checked first, and you can buy them only when you are sure they’re safe. Choose alcohol or water-based items instead of oily ones. Moreover, try to stick to quality products that are both safe and reliable to use.

Another challenge is that of preserving the skin clear when the acne has already started spreading. Ask for a doctor’s advice in case oral pills and topical medication are necessary. Therefore do not put too much value on home made cures since they may often fail. Moreover, get informed on all the prevention necessities in order to keep the acne condition under control.

When referring to acne control we generally imply the regular topical application of products meant to stop the acne break out and promote healing. This is the case with products that contain bezoyl peroxide, salicylic acid or powerful oily extracts, yet such treatments give adverse reactions too. They can be very irritant with a potentially damaging effect on the healthy skin. Acne control should therefore be taken gradually and wisely in order to prevent further harm infliction on the tissues.

Tretinoin is a product praised for good results in the acne control. It acts by the peeling of the superficial skin layer and causes a de-congestion of the pores. The problem with tretinoin is that it actually makes acne worse at first before coming to clear it. Among the side effects of the treatment we can count skin scaling, stinging, swelling or flushing. You can choose from gels, facial lotions, creams and foams that contain tretinoin, but remember to administrate them carefully.

Adapalene represents another acne control product that can only be purchased on the basis of a prescription. The big merit of this medication is that it keeps the pores free of toxins, but it is accompanied by adverse reactions like skin swelling, irritation, local dryness and itching. Stay under medical observation and monitoring during the use of this acne-control product, particularly when you have to take antibiotics too as a complementary form of support.

Other than the dermatological way to achieve acne control, cosmetic treatments do deserve some attention too. The only difficulty with cosmetic compounds is that they can aggravate or camouflage acute acne outbreaks doing more damage than good to the skin. Thus, it is important to avoid all products that contain oil, stearic acid, lanolin or petrolatum since these will actually clog the pores and create the right environment for the development of acne. Alcohol is preferable to oil, but the highest quality is available with water-based cosmetics.

Although you may put high hopes in the acne control by means of some wonder product, remember that prevention works miracles for the skin look. Learn how to deal with zits, how to treat and prevent further outbursts. Also pay attention to the diet rules related to skin health: you’ll be surprised to see that the low quality food you may be eating is causing lots of skin troubles afterwards.
